Contrast therapy: wellness that works

Sauna and cold plunge are ancient therapies that can have deep physical and mental health benefits. We've built a modern studio at Kontra to help you make this an accessible part of your daily routine.

Warm up in the sauna

Spend 15-30 minutes in an infrared sauna, heated from 140-170F.

Take the plunge

Take 1-3 minutes in a cold plunge chilled to 40-52F. You’ll feel a rush of euphoria as your blood vessels constrict and dopamine surges.

Rest & repeat

Feel free to repeat cycles, or stop at one.  Each Kontra session lasts up to 60 minutes for ultimate relaxation and recovery.

Open early till late, Kontra is your quickest path to reset and feel amazing every day.
Sneak it in to your routine and see the difference.
