2. DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY
2.1 Deposit Requirement
To reserve a Founding Membership, a refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at checkout. This deposit secures your spot and is subject to the refund policy below.
2.2 Full Refund Conditions
Your deposit is 100% refundable under the following conditions:A refund request is prior to the studio opening date. You have not utilized any services or benefits associated with the membership.Your refund request is submitted via email to hello@kontrabaths.com with proof of payment.
3. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
All bookings for sauna and cold plunge sessions are subject to availability.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must provide accurate and truthful information at checkout.You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding your account details.Any misuse of our services or violation of our terms may result in service denial.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Kontra Baths LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred while using our services. Users acknowledge that participation in sauna and cold plunge therapy carries inherent risks.
6. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
